About Saabir Muhammad (Founder)
Born during an era that brought in the likes of foundational Hip Hop music and birthed the conscious rap trend of the early 80's, I often had a flare to be outspoken and upfront; and if by chance I did not sound the part I had to look the part. Jay-Z, undoubtedly one of the greatest MCs, has a verse on his 2009 Blueprint 3 album track: So Ambitious where he states: "I can't base what I'm goin' be off of what everybody isn't..." That verse alone was the herald in my journey to achieve independence and self-sufficiency. Not that I didn't have other viable motivators that preceded that moment in my life, but that verse was the verse of verses for me, and I made it my mantra.

Jay-Z's inspiring verse spawned LORL, the Look Of Righteous Living; birthed from an idea that there is a "Look", a "Feel", and an 'Attitude" that is apparent in not only what one does, but how one looks in what they do. Pronounced like "Laurel", LORL is my gateway to independence and the fulfillment of a life-long purpose.
At the base of this acronym resides a great teaching I received from my induction into the spiritual teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, administered by the local representative of his National spokesman, the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan. "Righteousness" has a look; it has an appeal and an attitude that I wanted to capture and further explore. Since 2009, I have been developing that brand I feel appeals to what Righteousness looks and feels like. I pray you're as inspired as I am by what you'll encounter being a part of this site.
Oh Yeah...PVA... The PVA portion is a private matter. It stands for "Prodigy Vicegerent Apparent. It is the absolute base of what my life mission represents. The knowledge of the meaning of this acronym will only appeal to those well studied in Theology (both Biblical and Qur'anic). It is who I am, and it is what I intend to evoke in those who will oblige me the opportunity to help me help them see it in themselves.
